This hood is made of wetsuit material to prevent hair from spreading underwater and prevent sunburn on the scalp in the summer.
The ribbed outer fabric gives it a unisex design that looks and feels like knit. The ear part of the chin strap is made of mesh material so it does not interfere with hearing.
